KSS believes that unless members of civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change is not possible. We thus encourage and invite volunteers who believe in our core values to contribute to our work with women, children and their families, in whatever measure and capacity possible. Volunteers are the backbone of every organization for they not only carry the organization’s ideals within but also spread the message far and beyond, sensitizing society towards various causes. Over the years, KSS has had the elderly, Ex-Serviceman, retired officers, young professionals and students donate their free time to unpaid volunteering which involves imparting of training to beneficiaries, fund raising, community work etc. We have also organized community based, cross-cultural events that promote integration and social harmony for international volunteers.
